Individual e-mail accounts.
All members of Catz have a University assigned e-mail address managed centrally by Oxford University I.T. Services but hosted by Microsoft as a part of the Office365 provision.

Shared project e-mail accounts.
Various departments and groups within College have shared or project e-mail accounts to which several people have access or which are specific to a given position or role as opposed to a person. Access to these accounts is enabled by ‘delegation’ and as such authorised users do not need to know additional sets of credentials, users personal Single Sign On credentials provide the necessary rights.
